All orders are sent via Canada Post unless otherwise asvised. Following the receipt of your order, delivery is made within 2-10 business days. We are not responsible for delays caused by Canada Post.
If we are unable to provide you with the expected time of delivery, we will contact you within 48 hours following the receipt of your order. If what we offer as a new delivery date does not meet your expectation, you will always be able to cancel your order by contacting Gateway. We will refund the entire order.
Additional charges may apply to delivery to remote areas, even in the case of a command that would benefit from the free shipping option.
For online orders, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased arrived defective or damaged. If you received such item, please contact us at email@example.com for return authorization.
Refunds can be sent back only to the original payment method.
