Traditional Inuit diet facts
International Arteriosclerosis Project (IAP) 1992 concluded:
“a seventy year old Inuit on the traditional diet of Omega-3 DPA has coronary arteries that are just as elastic as those of a twenty year old.”
IAP 1992 found:
-Greenlander eating traditional diet had the lowest incidence of heart disease
-Changing the Greenlander diet to a modern diet raised heart disease incidence to same level as other countries
-It is not Hereditary
-Major difference is the Omega-3 rich traditional diet of seal
